Frequently Asked Questions
Are after-hours or weekend appointments available?
Yes — Mo-Blood offers before and after-hours appointments on an as-needed basis. A small additional fee may apply. Please contact us to schedule an appointment outside normal hours.
How much does it cost?
Mo-Blood sends a mobile phlebotomist directly to you to collect your lab samples.
The convenience fee starts at $60, and varies by location and time.
Important:
Laboratory testing fees are separate and billed by the lab (e.g., Labcorp, Quest, or Sonora Quest).
You may upload your insurance information, and we’ll pass it along to the lab so they can process your claim.
If you want to verify your exact out-of-pocket lab cost, we recommend calling the lab directly.

Does my insurance cover this?
Mo-Blood’s mobile draw fee is typically not covered by insurance, but you may be able to submit your receipt for reimbursement.
Once we deliver your samples to the lab, the lab testing itself is usually covered by insurance (depending on your provider and plan).
Arizona patients, please note:
AHCCCS does not cover the Mo-Blood convenience fee or transportation.
You’ll need to upload a signed ABN form from your doctor.
AHCCCS does not pay for draws from out-of-network or non-participating clinics.
